Planned preventative maintenance programs can greatly reduce the risk of premature failure of your heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. In some instances failure to carry out routine maintenance, in accordance with manufacturers specifications, could even lead to the invalidation of equipment warranty and result in subsequent premature replacement costs.
Inadequate maintenance of your equipment will result in the HVAC plant using a higher energy consumption and decreased efficiency. We are able to offer you a bespoke maintenance package tailored to your needs. Maintenance contracts are simple and annually renewable. All servicing is carried out by our fully qualified engineers, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and includes preferential benefits, such as:

Servicing & Repair
We are able to carry out servicing and repairs to Air Handling Plant, heating plant, fan coil units, DX systems, including Split systems through to VRV’s and all types of liquid chillers. To all non-contract clients we offer a standard service facility, providing expert fault diagnosis, efficient servicing and repair by fully qualified engineers. We will endeavour to attend to your needs as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Contract clients benefit from a guaranteed immediate response.
Design, Supply & Installation
Solitair Services Limited is able to offer a free, no obligation site survey and quotation for all new or replacement HVAC plant. Our knowledge and experience allows us the flexibility to design an efficient application using the most appropriate equipment and utilising the latest technology. For your peace of mind, all the products that we supply are protected by a manufacturer’s warranty.
